Our stay here was very very good, lovely place for exploring Putrajaya. The location was strategic and the best, and we could reach Putrajaya Landmark by walking. The room was great value for money, had a superb view of the park.

The room was well-kept and beautifully maintained, had separate bathroom. The views of the park were amazing.

Staff very helpful, we had a very late checkin due to the disruption of flights due to volcano eruption.

The rooms here are spotless and offer a lovely view, plus the complimentary breakfast includes delicious chewy pastries.

The room layout was great and the views from the room were wonderful.

There was a lack of customer service in certain areas, such as the spa and pool. While staff were helpful, it did take several times for satisfaction to be reached.

The location of the property was particularly good, close to the garden area around the resort. We got a room with sophisticated decor and a luxury bathroom to relax.

The hotel staff were not well trained and service was poor for a Shangri La hotel which is supposed to be highly reputable

It is a very nice hotel as would expect from Shangri La...excellently furnished rooms & bathrooms with great view of the new govt admin centre...We stayed only for one night in between flight home, but as our air asia flight from Langkawi was delayed by 2 hours, we only arrived 1am in the morning with having to leave again at 7am...so too short to form a fair opinion

30 mins from Airport & cost 250 from airport (midnight 50% extra) but 100 only to airport during the day...staff were good but have to repeat the requests as checking out bags & loading into the vanc wasn't done with the first request

Convenient Location and Incredible View

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel nestled on top of a beautiful hill, offering easy access to all the surrounding attractions. The breathtaking view from the swimming pool and our room added a touch of magic to our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like an older air conditioning system and limited breakfast options, overall, we had a great experience. The cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff made up for any shortcomings. We highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable weekend getaway.

The hotel is conveniently located near a famous landmark and our room had a nice view of the pool.

Loved Kuala Lumpur, the hotel was magnificent near to Alamanda mall. The location was good and beautiful - next to the hill top near botanical garden overlooking the administrative capital of Malaysia as well as Putrajaya and nearby. Also, it was 1 mile from an enormous mosque.

Nothing except the swiming pool but no one to serve you any drink

The room was very large, with a comfortable bed. The location is strategic, right at the center of the green Putrajaya's Putra Perdana Park. It is conveniently located near the main attractions, administrative capital of Malaysia, and a variety of dining options.
